Pfizer-BioNTech 3 dose series or Moderna 2 dose series

3-8 weeks after the 1st dose depending on specific vaccine used to start the series; this would be the last dose for the Moderna vaccine

9 months

11-12 weeks after the first dose for Pfizer-BioNTech only

12 months

MMR needed even if one dose already given for international travel

15 months

18 months

4-6 years

(before Kindergarten)

Combo Vaccine Quadracel - DTap, IPV

10+ years

If local outbreak; absent or damaged spleen; complement deficiency

11-12 years

2nd shot; 6-12 months after the first shot (NOTE: May be given @ 9 - 11 y.o. at discretion of the Clinician)

15 years

If started at 15 years; 3 doses-2nd shot; 2 months after first shot; 3 doses-3rd shot; 6 months after first shot
