New EMR and Portal

We are migrating to a new electronic medical record and patient portal platform

We are changing our Electronic Health Record system effective 10/21/2026.  This means that your patient portal will change.  You will have access to our current patient portal until 10/20/2026.  You will receive an email invitation to our new portal no later than your next visit with us.  If you need records or have any questions between now and then, please call our office.  

Please DO NOT send messages through your Intelichart portal after 10/20/2026, as these may not be received on time.
